The HSC spotlight this month is on our Energy Saving Compact Fluorescent Lamps. The environmental alternative to standard GLS bulbs. By replacing a standard 100m festoon string, having twenty GLS 60W bulbs, with a similar number of 13W compact fluorescent lamps, the user will reduce their carbon footprint by an equivalent of approximately 23kg of CO2 over five days, with the lights working eight hours a day.
