If you receive non-working, defective, damage, misrepresented or unwanted items we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. We Guarantee satisfaction.
Prior to any return please get in touch with us via email so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to answer your emails and resolve any issues within 1 to 2 working days.
Please note that returns will only be accepted with an RMA number, all returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include the order number of the item and your reason for returning parcel, otherwise your refund or replacement could be delayed.
Items will only be exchanged if item is found to be faulty otherwise same item will be sent back to the buyer. Replacement will be exchanged for the same item only and if that item is no longer in stock, we will offer an alternative product with the same price, don’t try to repair your self. We will check all faulty items before issuing a replacement.
Warranty for faulty items will become void if broken or if product gets damaged due to improper usage. Otherwise warranty apply for 6 months of purchase date.
Unwanted returns will be accepted, if buyer agrees that Postage Charge (Shipping cost) of refund will be deducted – i.e Refund = Total cost – Shipping cost. However, it must be Re-saleable and Sealed in New condition.
Warranty for unwanted returns will become void if broken or if product gets damaged due to improper usage. Otherwise warrenty apply for 14 days of purchase date.
If you receive a Misrepresented (wrong) item, then it must be a picking mistake
Contact us with your order number, & explain your problem to help us and we will issue a RMA Number, give you returns address, etc. Please note, without our permission (without RMA number) if you returned then we are not responsible for missing item or delay to take action as per your request after receiving item from you. RMA number helps us to proceed quickly.
- Goods must be returned with all packaging contents intact (original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories) include Invoice. If you not match with any of these criteria, we will not take action. Otherwise we Guarantee satisfaction.
- Item to be returned must be received within 7 days of issuing a RMA number.
- We will take action as per your criteria once we have received Items.
- This may take 1 to 7 working days after receiving returns goods and dispatch it to back again or to refund.
